### osLocale([options])
 
Returns a `Promise` for the locale.
 
### osLocale.sync([options])
 
Returns the locale.
 
#### options
 
Type: `Object`
 
##### spawn
 
Type: `boolean`<br>
Default: `true`
 
Set to `false` to avoid spawning subprocesses and instead only resolve the locale from environment variables.
